Margarita Ride Registration Form
Please note the following:
  • Please refer to the Margarita Ride announcement for details about the ride (when, where, etc.)
  • Each rider should register separately.
  • The $25 registration fee includes:
    • one meal
    • one beverage (a margarita for riders at least 21 years old)
    • one t-shirt (S-XL; larger sizes are available for additional cost).
  • All profits made by the ride will be donated to the North Central States Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
  • Only registrations BEFORE AUGUST 26TH will be guaranteed a shirt on the day of the ride.
  • At this time, we cannot process fee payments online, so you will be asked to mail them to an address specified at the conclusion of the registration process.
  • The use of helmets during the ride is REQUIRED.

donation If you would like to make a tax-deductable donation to the North Central States Chapter of the MS Society, you may do so here. An official receipt for your donation can be obtained at the registration table on the day of the ride.
